Up for auction is a running and driving 1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. It is a great progect muscle car with a 6.6L V8 that starts right up every time. The engine is in great shape so rest asured you will not need to rebuild it anytime soon. The carburator could probably use a cleaning at some point, but the car runs, drives, and starts just fine with the original condition it is in. The body over all does need some attention, the car needs a paint job. As far as under the car, their is some rust, not a whole lot, the floors have have some small patches of rust, maybe requiring some patching at most. The radiator support is in good shape (this is a common spot that rust through on these cars) The exhaust needs a couple of hangers, the mufflers where replaced a few years ago. Over all this is a great progect car that could use a little attention to be a great ride for the summer, and yes it does have a sun roof.
