I bought this car and wanted to keep it, but I need cashflow for our upcoming adoption from China. Come have a look. JUST REDUCED BY $1100!! They usually go for 6-9K at this age and condition. Look around online listings to see for yourself. This is a really great price. Very few '83s for sale. It's a great time of year to be riding around in the country with the top down! I recently took it for another drive into the N.Ga mountains, and the ride was simply exhilarating. Engine is great. 2 litre fuel injected. Much better than the carburetor engine of the '82 and older. Runs smooth and purrs. Transmission. 5-speed manual. Has one small issue. 3rd gear is slippery to get in to. If you treat it right, it will take. Otherwise shifting is really smooth Body. Has a half-dozen rust spots that can be fixed for just a few bucks. otherwise in great shape for age. Interior. Pretty nice! New seats, new upholstery. Dash has a couple cracks and that's about it. Everything else works. Soft Top. When I bought it, the rear plastic window was cracked. Bought entirely new canvas and window roof that was custom made to manufacturers spec. Still needs installation. Tires. Pretty new. Maybe 3500 miles on them. Tread is still strong.
