Due to me getting a new car, I am selling my 1999 Honda Civic LX. I have cared for this car since 2006, when I purchased it with 96k miles. When purchased I did all of the 100k maintenance; I changed the timing belt, tires, struts, and all fluids. I have always used FULL-Synthetic oil and changed it regularly. The miles are mostly highway miles, and it has always been adult driven (never raced, red-lined, etc..). It features power windows, power locks, and premium sound (Pioneer CD player and speakers). As you know, the Honda 1.6L four-cylinder is one of the most prized, reliable, and easy to maintain engines ever built. I regularly get 30mpg city, and 36mpg highway, and this can be monitored by the aftermarket on-board mpg computer. It is a ScanGauge II, and will be included in the full 'buy-it-now" price. All in all, this is an opportunity to own one of the best Civics on the market. It is in the most desirable color (Clover Green Pearl), and has tan interior that is in great shape. There are other Civics out there for less, but you get what you pay for. This one will serve the proud new owner for many years and miles to come. Yesterday I washed the pollen off the car and I noticed a few scratches. On the trunk there is minor scraps where a bike rack rested against the paint. Also there are normal scratches and scrapes expected on a car with almost 200k miles. There is a small dent on the back right door, but very minor.
