I bought this suburban a year ago for my family in mind to make my own fuel, but since then we have bought a newer vehicle and no longer need this. I bought it from a gentlemen in Indiana that had bought from someone that owned it in Forida. When he bought it, it was not running because it was over heated and had cracked the heads between the lifters. He had installed two brand new GM heads (not reman.). Thats been about 15,000 miles ago. Since I've owned it it has ran fine with no problems. Average mpg is 15-18. Recently I have installed two new batteries and a 1000 watt block heater, bigger then the standard 600 watt heater. The interior is average with some stains but no tares. The tires are great with 3/4 tread left. The body has no rust (southern). Paint is fair flaking in a couple spots. The price is well below www.kbb.com value, I am unemployed and need to sell. I think maybe the rear brakes need adjusting or replaced. It seems to be braking just fine and doesnt make any noise. I dont know the life of the brakes I didnt install them, but like I said it brakes fine and doesnt make noise. The reason I think it is the rear brakes is because when it sits for a long period of time or when it gets wet underneath from a car wash the rear brakes seem to catch hard a few times then it is fine. I have only put about 10,000 miles on it.
