The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2003 Subaru Forester 2.5 XS with All-Wheel-Drive. This car is equipped with the leather interior, power sunroof, cassette player w/ CD changer, side airbags, and heated seats. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. The title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. We had a safety inspection, road test and routine maintenance service performed on this vehicle in preparation for sale. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. It does not doesn’t smoke or make noise. The automatic transmission shifts very well and the all wheel drive operates properly as well. A complete set of matching Dunlop premium tires were installed by the owner and are showing most of their tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were freshly changed. All of the power equipment in this car has been checked, tested and is operating properly including the air conditioning. There aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. The “Cayenne Red Pearl” exterior of this Forester is in great condition. The paint is very glossy and over the entire body. There are a number of stone nicks and that type imperfections on the front, but there aren’t any scratches dents or damage on the body of this car. There isn’t any body rust at all. The undercarriage is also very clean and in great shape. The Tan interior has been very well maintained and is in terrific condition. The seats and carpeting are fresh and clean throughout the interior with only monor wear on the left edge of the driver seat. There aren’t any holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition without any cracks or damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. This Forester runs and drives beautifully, and I would feel comfortable getting in and driving this Forester anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
