Thank you for your interest in my 1976 Toyota Land Cruiser. I purchased this vehicle in late 2010, while living in Las Vegas, from Chapter Pres. of the local TLC 4x4 Club in Bakersfield, CA. Just prior to my purchase a fresh rebuild of the 6 cylinder F2 engine, carburetor and installation of a new radiator was completed. I don't know the complete history of ownership prior to this gentleman. Very evident it has lived most if not all of its life in a dry, arid climate due to complete lack of rust. Body and frame are original and straight w/ no bondo. I've recently relocated to SW Florida and my "weekend ride" needs have drastically changed to be more beach friendly. As you'll see from the list of parts and services I've performed on this vehicle within the last 15 months it's in outstanding mechanical and cosmetic shape. I sell this vehicle with complete confidence that it is fairly and accurately represented with service records for the following: In 2010 6 cyl. F2 engine & carburetor was rebuilt and new radiator & hoses was installed by previous owner.Passed Nevada DMV emissions test in 02/2011.Complete electrical system inspection and servicing by Toyota Dealership in 2011.Replaced front brake pads, machined front rotors, repacked front wheel bearings and seals by Toyota Dealership in 2011.Installed re-manufactured steering gear box, new steering dampner, tie rods & ends, coupling assy, clamps, bolts etc. by Toyota Dealership in 2011.Installed new water pump, thermostat and gaskets by Toyota Dealership in 2011.New front and rear wheel brake cylinders, rear shoes and rebuilt brake master cylinder in 2011.Replaced front and rear shocks with new Monroe GasMagnum shocks in 2012.Replaced spark plug wires and coil in 2011.Added new front rubber mats and rear cargo mat in 2011.Replace all turn signal lenses, gaskets and bulb's, plus license plate dome covers x2 in 2011.Installed new stainless steel hood brackets, latches and rubber hood pads in 2011.Installed new front door weatherstripping (L&R) as well as rear ambulance doors in 2011.Replaced gear shifter boots (x2) in 2012.Rebuilt both front seats from the frame up. They look and ride awesome! Much better than the original seats.Installed four new Goodyear Wrangler 31.10.50R15LT's tires. Look great and have less than 100 miles on them!!Replace old cracked dash pad with new $500. OEM from Japan in 2012. Took one year to fill order! Very difficult to find so keep it in good shape. Items that DO NOT WORK:Windshield wipers. I have the switch just haven't replaced.AM/FM radio doesn't work.I've never had a need to see if the 8,000 lb. Warn Wench works? What it NEEDS:I have new OEM brake lines for front and rear. Presently the fronts are a bit touchy possibly gunked up a bit as they appear original. Additional info.:I've removed the front doors (way more fun w/o), kept indoors, and will re-install for delivery. Note that the driver side door is NOT the original and thus has a different, brighter shade green that doesn't match the rest of the car.
