You are looking at a beautifully restored 1929 Chevy 1 1/2 ton Delivery Stake Bed Truck. Original in line 6 cylinder, 4 speed transmission. All lights, windows and guages work. Doors open and close easily. Origianl 6 volt system. This is the first time it has been restored. This truck has been totally disassembled, sandblasted and painted. All the interior wood is mostly original. Any bad wood was replaced and new interior upholstrey and top is from Hampton Coach. The engine has never been rebuilt. It had a valve job on the head and was kept original as possible. The motor does not smoke, but it does drip a little oil. It runs perfect and holds good oil pressure. The bed is built from all red oak and has all new hardware. The stake sides are easily removable and the back gates double as a ladder to get onto the bed. Color is Midnight Blue with Black Fenders. It's been taken to several truck shows and has had great reviews. The truck starts easily and runs very smooth. It's a great attention getter. Have some fun with it around the farm or letter the sides with your business name. Perfect for parades and special events. I have an origianl advertisement piece and a 1929-1932 Chevrolet Repai Manual. I also have a rear dual wheel axle, rint axle, steering box, motor, transmission from a 1931 Chevrolet that can be purchased seperately. Convert this truck to duallys or hold onto for extra parts.
