This vehicle is being re-listed for a second time due to no contact from the previous 2 winning bidders. 3rd time is a charm, hopefully! The Mercedes was seized by the City of Millersville Police Department during the commission of a drug related crime by its previous owner. It has been declared surplus and saleable by the City Commission. The ML320 runs good with no smoke, noises or other apparent drivetrain problems. It does have some dents and other cosmetic flaws. The biggest indentation is in the left rear quarter panel. Photos of all of the dent/scrape areas have been included. Overall, the car looks sharp. The winning bidder will be furnished all seizure papers and will be able to obtain a new title with those documents. The Mercedes has been stored at Millersville City Hall for approximately 6 months.
