Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I have owned to car for about a year. I love the jeep, but unfortunately due to other financial obligations, I have to sell my toy. I purchased it from a friend of the original owner that lived approximately 1 hour south of Memphis TN. He drove it about 60 miles a day to work and back. Sense I have owned it, I had a dent fixed on the right front fender (fixed at local dealership body shop), had the rear main and oil pan gasket replaced, front and rear rotors and brake pads replaced, sandblasted and painted the hinges (paint was chipping), installed a Daystar 2” spacer lift with the BFG Mud Terrain KM2’s on it ($300 each) and built a rear bumper. Other than that, I just drive it on pretty days. I is a 4.0L inline 6 cylinder with the 6 speed manual, day night/compass/temp mirror, CD player, hard top (jeep was originally ordered soft top only), and of course the Rubicon package with front and rear lockers, Dana 44 axles, and the 4:1 transfer case. Jeep LJ Rubicon Unlimited’s were made for 2 years only. I took a picture of the jeep while running so you can verify that there are no “check engine” lights on other than the gas light, parking break, and seat belt when I took the picture. It will drive down the interstate at 80 mph with no problems. It has plenty of power and gearing for highway speeds. There is no shimmy or shake on the road. It is in good condition but does show wear and tear from the mileage (please see the pictures). I would encourage anyone who is interested to please come see it and drive it. I will be happy to take any addition pictures or answer questions. My number is 479-685-6069. Thank you, John On Mar-20-12 at 07:07:35 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had several questions regarding the jeep: · The tire size is 305/70 R16 – (34”) o The tires rub the lower control arms in the front. Wheel adapters are $200. You need the ones that move the wheel out 1.5” inches (10 lugs total). Do NOT put spacers on it. I like the look of the factory wheel. · Interior is little dirty, but shows some wear and tear. Better than expected for the mileage. If you have any doubt, please don’t hesitate to ask for more pictures. · The shocks are stock. If you wheel it, you could over extend the factory shocks do to the 2” spacer lift that is on the jeep. The current condition of the shocks are fare, not worn out, not new. I pulled them off of another jeep, which was having a lift installed, it had 80,xxx miles on it. My next purchase would have been Bilstein 5100’s (made specifically for the 2” lift) – aprox $350. · Now that my reserve is met, I don’t have to answer that question. · I paid $11,000 for the jeep. Sense then, I have done: lift, tires (major expense), breaks, oil pan and main seal, bumpers (front is in the garage, but never completed – needs paint). Its looks similar to the rear except is it was set up for a Warn 8274 winch. If you have any questions or would like additional pictures, my cell is on the listing. Thanks
