She has been painstakingly taken apart and reassembled with loving care. It appears to us that all the correct restoration practices were followed here. I am told this beauty is a California car and it really show's it. Clean and nice top to bottom. There is no rust to be found or signs of any. The panels are lazer straight and the paint show's it off! The interior is restored to her original grace. The dash appears to be the original paint that was so nice and freash it was left alone. Nice. The gages are pristine and all function as they should. I will add a video of her tomorrow, running and driving. The engine and Hydramatic transmission both just purr. I have put over 200 miles on her and she is simply amazing and frankly a joy to drive. The steering wheel is straight as you drive and the brakes are flawless in thier operation. The tire's are nearly new and the car is absolutely smooth as silk on the highway. If you are reading this, you may know much more than I do and welcome your comments. I am really hoping someone recognize's this beauty and can shed some light on her history. Looking at her integrity in and out, I am almost certain the miles showing at 35,804 are the actual miles. I believe if you were standing here with me you would agree. I have scanned some paperwork from the Washington State Patrol done on 2/14/2012 stating that the I.D. on the engine and the frame are original and the match is verified. All of the chrome has been done. Every inch of it. Another important touch is the conversion to a 12 volt system instead of the old slow cranking 6 volt's. Now she can be driven without worries of a no start situation. And the best news is the addition of a "Vintage Air" conditioning system that was wondrfully installed with proper brackets and plumbing with the fans and components neatly tucked in the trunk as you can see from the photo's.
