Up for auction is a 1969 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40. We purchased it as a project car but just don't have the time to devote to it. The body is in very good condition, vehicle was originally from California and has very little rust. The only rust on it is on the rear sill. The hard top was purchased in Georgia. The rain gutter has rust. The rest of the vehicle is rust free. A rare find!!! The engine is a Chevrolet small block 283 8 cylinder. I have no idea how many miles are on the motor unfortunately, but the fj mileage is 46827. The vehicle runs but it needs new brakes to safely drive. It has brand new Dick Cepek wheels and Irok super swamper tires. We purchased it from an auction company and found that the vin on the vehicle and on the title are slightly different. For some reason the title has an extra 0. Vin number should be fj4064566 but instead is listed as fj40064566. it seems like a typo. We are also including some spare parts in this auction, they can be sold or if the auction winner has more than one fj, parts can be used on another vehicle you may restore. The parts are three doors with door glass, in ok shape. They do have some rust, thats is why we replaced the doors. We also have an extra winshield frame with no glass.
