Vehicle Detail
1966 Ford F-100 This dependable truck has been my daily driver for the last 3 years (I live about 5 miles from my work). I purchased it from a friend of my Grandfathers who has been restoring cars for 30 years since retiring from his job as a machinist for the railroad. It was his work truck. I have personally put about 12,000 miles on it. The engine is a 352ci V8 with a 2 barrel carb that was rebuilt approx. 15000 miles ago. It runs strong, and stays cool. It has not needed any major repairs for the last 3 years. I replaced the radiator, master cylinder, and had the brakes redone when I first purchased it. Just had the brakes checked, they are at about 60%. New tires put on last year and are in good shape. 8 foot truck bed with locking tool box. Power steering. Heater/Defroster works great. New Seat belts. Transmission is a 3 Speed Column Shift with overdrive. Performs great on the Freeway. It has a AM/FM/CD player and iPod hook-up through the glovebox or AUX jack on the front. It is hard to part with this one. He is affectionately known as the "Big Red Truck" in my household. My daughters will cry when it sells. I took my 5 year old daughter to school everyday in this truck. I have recently taken a new job that requires more driving, so I need something that gets better milage. I am hoping he makes his way to a good home. Please email any questions. Buyer responsible for shipping/pick-up Check my feedback and bid with confidence. Good luck! Today is the day! Good luck!
