You are viewing my 1966 CHEVROLET CHEVELLE 327 V8 AT 6 PASSENGER WAGON FOR SALE . Original Red on Red car from British Columbia , Canada , car was brought to Winnipeg Manitoba in 2007 . Photos shown are older and the only ones available . Decent body with some rust , tail gate has been replaced and would need painting to match , rear glass is out , but I have it . Car was painted some 20 years ago and is showing signs of minor bubbling on the doors and rear quarter over the wheel wells . Leading edge of hood also has rust . Floor boards look solid to me but have not inspected car on hoist . Condition of all glass and trim is very good . Roof rack is also taken off , but I have it . Wheels shown are still on the car but are missing the Center caps . The story I got was when the car arrived in 2007 , it was running but a little rough , so the new owner proceeded to start messing with timing , carb , etc and never did get it running any better . That was 5 years ago and previous owner has since misplaced the Valve covers and air cleaner , so I did not get them with the car . I suspect a gas tank flush and carb rebuild would do wonders . Engine does turn over . Condition of Powerglide Automatic , 10 Bolt rear and brake unknown . Equipped with Manual drum brakes and Steering . Has dual exhaust but one tail pipe is loose at the rear . Interior has typical wear for almost 50 year old car , dash pad is perfect , driver bench seat has wear and the door panels are not in the greatest of shape . Frame does have a hole on the passenger side I noticed near the rear wheel well , about the size of a hard baseball that would need welding up . Plan was to make it a neat daily driver or possibly a weekend Tow car for a drag strip toy with not a ton of work or expense especially if you can do a lot of it yourself . All in all a very worth while project for the right person . My plans have changed and car is now offered for sale . Car is not in running condition and must be towed .Can assist in loading on to your car carrier . Car will be easy to import into the U.S. but encourage you to check with Border officials before hand to see what is all required to do so .
