This means that it has seen its fair share of winters and snow, Realistically you will find some surface rust and rust spots on the body and frame. That being said, this vehicle considering its age and snow exposure, is in better condition than most vehicles under the same circumstances. Also, I would like to assure you, the rust on the frame is just surface rust and there are no holes or serious damage and does not affect the saftey or strength of the structure.
