1953 Chevy 1/2 ton Deluxe Cab Pick-up/Truck This is the one everyone wants..........Beautiful truck...but not so perfect that your afraid to drive it! * VERY DEPENDABLE This truck starts every time. Steers, brakes and runs excellent. * VERY DESIRABLE 5 Window deluxe cab with all the extras, Fulton Visor, hard to find original dealer installed grill guard, and original radio. * VERY ORIGINAL RESTORATION that was done well , and has been "gently" used and maintained well. ENGINE: ORIGINAL 6cylinder 216 cu.in. motor that runs great. Good compression, does not burn oil or blow smoke. TRANSMISSION: ORIGINAL 3-speed on the column that shifts flawlessly. BODY: Rust and rattle free, this truck is painted in period correct Cape Maroon. Really shows well for a 14 year old paint job. I recently had the rear fenders and hood repainted where the truck had shown a little wear. INTERIOR: New headliner, new seat cover, newer floor mat, new door panels, and new dual visors. Shows very well. TIRES AND WHEELS; Newer 16" tires with newer hubcaps and brand new trim rings LOTS OF DOCUMENTATION; supported with original receipts for the maintenance on this great truck.
