Here is my 1971 Triumph. Purchased from a friend who decided he didnt want to mess with the car any longer. Mileage is listed as 100k but true mileage is unknown.The car is in visibly good condition, outwardly. However, once I got into the car, I found the typical frame issues for the TR6. The rear trailing arm frame rails that are the connection point for the rear suspension need replacement. As to the body, there is some rust. The rear deck panel behind the cockpit is bad as are the floor pans. Fenders, quarters and hood are good. I have already purchased the replacement floor pans, the deck panel and frame pieces including new t-shirt plates, all new and from Moss Motors. The motor ran and has just had the head redone when I purchased the car. This car is the four (4) speed with overdrive. The car is whole. I have new tan carpet for the car. I also have a replacement deck lid as well as the original with the rack. The black top is whole but the stitching was coming apart. I have removed the doors, convertible top and frame, seats and passenger floor pan. Taillights are out, deck lid is off as are the wheels. Factory wheels with like new tires. It should not have to be said, but it is a project car. I don't have the time or the room at this point, so its off to a new home. I will post the photos I believe will be relevant but if you would like more, I have a bunch as I was documenting the work as it proceeded. You will notice the date on the photos. The car has been in the garage ever since that day. I will assist in shipping to the best of my ability, but any cost will be borne buy the purchaser. The wheels can be put back on the three corners and its rolling stock. I can deliver as I have a 28ft enclosed trailer. Details as to delivery MUST be discussed with me personally as to any delivery arangements. Please ask any and all questions as I really only want to list this one time. The car be seen, if desired. The top was just removed from storage and it is not serviceable. The frame is in good condition but the fabric is gone and cannot be used.
