Thank you for reading. I am selling my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 4 wheel drive full size SUV loaded with the Z71 off road package. This truck is in excellent condition inside and out. It always starts and runs flawlessly. It is ultra reliable and I would drive it anywhere with confidence. There are no unusual noises. I am a maintenance addict. I always use Mobil One full synthetic oil. I recently replaced the belts, rear shocks, and tires. The tires have less than 5k miles on them and are four new matching top of the line BF Goodrich. The engine is the highly desirable, powerful yet economical Vortech 5.3L V8. Everything works as it should. The heat is hot, the a/c is ice cold, and all of the power accessories ie window, door locks, and am/fm cd system work as they should. This vehicle has never been in a collision. I fully disclose any issues in my listings as evidenced by my 100% feedback score. I will attempt to disclose all known issues with the vehicle regardless of how minor so you may make an informed purchase decision. Again, this truck shines great, runs perfect, and has a lot of life left in it! There are usual scratches, bumps and bruises, and road chips from being on the road for 10 years. The rear bumper has a dent. The odometer reads approximately 118k miles but I do not know the actual mileage of the vehicle. Based on the car fax report and the amount of miles I've driven the vehicle, I estimate the true mileage to be about 200k. When I had the shocks and belts replaced last month, the mechanic confirmed that this truck is in excellent condition and mechanic's inspections are welcome. The engine, transmission, and suspension are in excellent condition. The rear main seal is leaking. This is a $10 part but costs a day labor so I've elected to live with it. I add a quart of oil to compensate about every two thousand miles or as needed. At night the 2,3,5, and 6 light on the stereo do not light up. Could be a connection or a bulb. The stereo still performs as it should. I believe there is a loose connection somewhere in the stereo or wiring as sometimes the rear speakers cut out. From time to time the service light comes on the dashboard. I had this checked out. It's the O2 sensor, code P420, that's really no big deal. It is easily cleared by pressing a couple of buttons on the hand held device I have that comes with the vehicle. It does not affect performance. The leather is in great shape but has some cracking from normal wear and tear. The leather on the top of the steering wheel is worn. The seats still look very nice! Other nice features this truck has are the keyless entry, tow package, rear controls, and OnStar. There is an operational aftermarket Parrot bluetooth system installed on this vehicle. At first I didn't think it was necessary but I love it. When making or receiving a call from my iphone, it cuts the stereo and it enables the user to communicate hands free via a small microphone nestled by the top of the windshield and the stereo speakers. It works really well. This vehicle also contains the optional removable third row seating. I can assist in shipping. I may be able to deliver to you for an additional fee outside of a 50 mile radius.
