1986-1/2 Pontiac Grand Prix. This car has been in dry storage since August of 2001. The car was completely serviced prior to being stored; new tires, brakes, shocks, exhaust, oil and filter, tune up. The car has low mileage with 56,589 miles. Original spare, jack and trunk mat. The underside of the car is clean never having been rusted thru or repaired, it's actually pretty clean. The silver paint is a little faded though it would make a decent driver as is. The interior is clean with no rips or cracks, the headliner is sagging slightly on the drivers side. The car was just washed to explain the different shades of silver in the photos. Be a good car for cruise nights or the local car shows or just a daily driver. Be an excellent car for a restoration being as good a condition as it is. There were approximately 1,225 of these cars built all fully loaded. The cars came equiped with a 305 cu.in, 4 barrel carb, a 200-4R 4 speed automatic transmission and a 308 :1 rear axle ratio. The 2+2's were offered as an Aerocoupe body for NASCAR competition. NASCAR requires a minimum of 500 cars to be built on a production line being offered to the general public. I do have the car listed locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
