This is a Beautiful 1978 Toyota Land cruiser up for auction and highly sought after. This classic fj40 is built with that classic look. This uses the land cruiser running gear and body but has a Corvette LT1 fuel injected engine and automatic transmission with a low car shifter. This engine produces roughly 275 Hp. The Fj40 has fresh paint and line-X in the tub. This vehicle drives like a dream. The front axle has Warn hubs and a shackle reverse on it to allow it to handle better. The power steering is a Saginaw power steering box. High steer has been added to the cruiser from 4x4 labs. The rear axle is out of an fj60 for strength to handle the corvette motor. There are Dolphin gages in the factory location with an aftermarket polished aluminum dash cluster. You have Fuel, Temp, oil, Trans, RPM, and Mph. The shocks are rancho 5000 and it has a slight lift on it. You will stop on a dime with front disc Brakes. The tires are Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 33x12.50 R15 and have eagle aluminum rims. It has an Alpine AM/FM CD radio with speakers mounted in the front doors. This vehicle also comes with half doors. Oh don’t forget the custom family cage roll bar. The list goes on and on. As you can see a lot of thought and time was poured into this vehicle and it shows. You could not build this vehicle for what you can buy it for.
