Up for auction is a 1968 VW Panel Bus CAMPER!! I dont know very much about these old vw campers but I know that they didnt make very many panel vans much less a camper panel van.. The motor runs like a champ and trans shifts great.. Engine has just been tuned up.. Has been sitting for about 10 yrs so the gas tank will need to be cleaned/redone etc.. I wanted to restore it but I dont have the proper equipment or time.. I tried to take very explicit pictures to show the rust it has, which seems to be very common among these.. All the places that have rust can be cut out and replaced with all new repoduction panels.. The Bus will need a TOTAL RESTORATION.. The brakes do not work.. The pedal just goes to the floor.. Again. The engine and trans is all original and runs excellent... It has 6 wheels total including all the original hubcaps...If you have any questions please ask and I will try to answer to the best of my knowledge.. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING..
