It serves an outstanding example of a rust free attractive convertible model released that year. The vehicle has spent its entire life in Phoenix Arizona! It has been in the Mid West for approximately two months. I have owned quite a few classic Mustangs; however I can’t recall any every being as solid and rust free as this one! You will be hard pressed to find a classic Mustang that is more “ROCK SOLID & RUST FREE”!!! This is an extremely RARE opportunity! This original Arizona vehicle has all of its factory body panels still in place! That’s right solid floors, torque boxes, frame rails, fenders, quarters, drop offs, etc! After being exposed to many classic Mustangs I can assure you that statement can’t be made about most cars! Most of my friends & muscle car buddies say this is their favorite Mustang among the ones that I have owned. This is a turn key classic that’s ready to go! This vintage pony is dawned in a stunning shade of yellow and it is very appealing! The color is almost mystic in nature as the color seems to show itself differently at certain times of the day. If you are tried of the status quo red, black & blue cars that are so prevalent in today’s classic car world then this stallion is just what the doctor ordered. Some cars look great in pictures yet in person their overall appearance is less than impressive. I would challenge anyone to come see this pony and say that this one isn’t simply breathtaking! The paint really shines incredibly in the sun. It seems to look even better at dusk! You will find a couple paint chips here & there on the body of the car. That being said there is nothing to be alarmed about. However anything that I deem noteworthy will be mentioned {as always}. Anyways if you don’t like attention you’ll probably want to steer clear of this pony! Everyone simply loves it! The yellow exterior with black accents constantly keeps anyone who comes in contact with it talking & asking questions. The vehicle was originally Wimbledon White {the face lift has done the car well}! The {2A code} Black standard interior, carpet and cockpit area are extremely nice! Almost all of the interior upholstery has been replaced. The seat upholstery, carpet & door panels have all been replaced {at some point}. The windows & the windshield are in great shape with no chips/cracks present. A good deal of the weather stripping has been replaced {no leaks}. This pony has a near perfect center console with a kicking stereo with am/fm radio to boot! This 1969 Mustang is absolutely gorgeous! All of the chrome on this car is in great shape. The brilliant black power canvas top was replaced some time ago and it is in great shape as well! The power canvas top lowers with the flick of a switch. No hassle….smooth operation. The convertible top fluid reservoir was serviced and refilled at the time that the top was replaced. *To service & maintain the reservoir properly can be a bit of a chore so it is usually neglected by most owners. The back seat should be removed to do it correctly and the process is a bit tedious. Since the job has just been completed the new owner will not have to face that task again for many years to come! There is also a convertible boot that is neatly tucked away in the trunk area. You will find a trunk mat in the trunk also. You will also find a spare tire, jack & tie down in the trunk. You would be shocked at just how easy this one is to drive! It is an extremely user friendly vehicle that’s very easy to operate. This one starts right up and drives wonderfully! The low mileage factory [F-code 302] motor and original [W- code C/4 Cruise-O-Matic] transmission are both original equipment. They are in excellent working order so this classic is ready for open road. This beauty has a host of new engine parts {too many to list}. Maintenance has always been held at a premium in regards to carrying for this Mustang so reliability & problem free driving can be expected. It has been meticulously maintained and garaged! Authentic yet spank brand new 15x8 inch Magnum 500 wheels and brand new wide track performance Firestone Firehawk radials provide great handling & also give this pony an extra aggressive/authentic look! Dual Exhaust with two chamber performance mufflers empowers this pony. Let me tell you “the car sounds awesome”! This Mustang has a menacing hood scoop that sits a top of her that screams 1969 performance! It adds just the right touch.
