Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE AUCTION, HIGHEST BIDDER WINS THIS MUSTANG WHEN AUCTION ENDS!!!!! Up for auction is a 1970 Mustang Coupe. My knowledge on mustangs is not that extensive, but I will try my best to describe everything and anything about this vehicle that I can, and if you have any questions or need more pictures; I will gladly do so. For starts, I'm not sure whether it is a gt clone or a grande/hardtop, all factory added options appear to be original with the car (tail-wing, cowl hood, bigger engine than what would of normally came in a grande). I'm pretty sure the engine is a 351W 5.8L (refer to pictures).I completed a mini tune-up on the engine; oil,oil filter, plugs, belts, terminals, air filter, fuses. The mustang has NO LEAKS ANYWHERE, and the engine and transmission run strong. Please keep in mind this is a project car, it still needs work; However, it can be used as a daily driver in current state (not recommended though). I use it to run errands once in a blue moon. The only reason I am selling the car, is I no longer have time to restore and maintain this classic beauty and I would rather it be in better hands than end up in a junk yard. The mustang is extremely loud and aggressive sounding! Transmission shifts fine, acceleration is quick though ride quality is rough (due to suspension needing replacing). No cracks or scuffs in the glass, chrome window trimming in good condition compared with age.Drum braking all the way around, it has been serviced at one point because stopping is not a problem in traffic. NO over heating problems. I sprayed the mustang black as a temporary blocker to rust, original color was somewhat of a teal color. Besides the dent in the front drivers side panel, there is no other major body damage, clear title that I have in hand. Hood does need to be replaced as well as the hinges, or you can fix the hood, and restore the hinges but I find that to be less cost effective opposed to buying aftermarket. A pinging sound comes from the exhaust, because whoever installed it did not do it properly so it claps up against the metal heat shield. Please keep in mind it is a project in the middle of restoration. -BASICALLY WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IN THE PICTURES IS HOW THE MUSTANG LOOKS CURRENTLY, HOWEVER THE SURFACE RUST CAME OUT MUCH MORE INTENSE (BEACUSE OF THE CAMERA FLASH) THAN IT ACTUALLY IS. The back-story behind the mustang: I purchased the car about 4 months ago in the miami area. The person that owned it before me is the main cause for letting rust set in. He obtain ownership in 2009 and completely did nothing to benefit the car, except for a new battery so that he could continue driving the mustang to and from work. The owners' before him and the ones who started a break-down and rebuild of the car; they replaced the carb with a new holley carburator, replaced the fuel tank, filter, and pump, reupholstery the interior seats, added in a kill-switch, replaced the ignition/wiring etc, new terminal wires, ignition boosters, exhaust, ignition wires. In my opinion they worked on the mechanical portion of the car first and then the interior followed by the body. (I think that covers everything). List Of New Parts Not Installed That You Will Be Receiving With The Mustang; -New headliner -New turn signal lever -New ignition with keys with matching door locks -New sun visor brackets (PAIR) I'M OPEN TO OFFERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
