Here for your consideration is a 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML320 in good running condition. The Mercedes was seized by the City of Millersville Police Department during the commission of a drug related crime by its previous owner. It has been declared surplus and saleable by the City Commission. The ML320 runs good with no smoke, noises or other apparent drivetrain problems. It has a few "parking lot" dings and other minor cosmetic flaws but, overall, looks sharp. The winning bidder will be furnished all seizure papers and will be able to obtain a new title with those documents. The Mercedes has been stored at Millersville City Hall for approximately 6 months. It could use a good tune-up and some TLC. It should make a great, good on gas daily driver and/or second vehicle. New photos have been added showing these places as it is NOT our intent to misrepresent our auctions. The photos show a few scrapes and dents that are not easy to see in the first batch of photos.
