1973 Cadillac Eldorado convertible up for auction with no reserve. Super clean Caddy Eldo convertible, last year for the fender skirts, 92k original miles. Always garaged, purchased from original owner. Lots of new parts over last five years: new convertible top, new rear window motors, new seat motor and new climate control unit. Mechanically the Eldo got a new a/c system in 2008, including new hoses, fittings for modern R-134a freon (not adapters) and newer high efficiency compressor. Motor runs very smoothly, starts easily even in cold weather, transmission shifts perfectly, no leaks of any kind, LOTS of power from the 500 V8. Top goes up and down easily with the push of a button, no help needed. Boot cover in red covers top when down. Unfortunately when I took these pix on the weekend I put down the top and the back window broke. An interior shop I've used in the past for another Eldorado convertible that needed a back window quoted me $275 for a replacement plastic back window installed. Interior is nice, rip on back of front passenger seat, no cracks on dashboard, carpet could use replacing. Caddy still wears her original paint, still shines decently. Engine starts easily, doesn't leak anything, garage floor always dry when I pull her out. Cruises nicely on the highway, holds the road perfectly. Runs very strong, tracks straight as an arrow and brakes evenly, no pulling or fading. She idles perfectly, shifts smoothly, stops easily and the suspension is luxurious. Drives overall like a Caddy should. Always garaged, Eldo is almost spotless undearneath; floors and trunk solid. All directional/brake/turn signal/headlights work, even cool triple fender light indicators. I always get smiles and "thumbs up" when I take her out. VIN is 6L67S3Q430328.
