I AM RE-LISTING THESE CARS WITH A LOWER RESERVE. I HAVE ALSO MOVED THE PICTURES BY REQUEST TO PHOTOBUCKET SO THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE A USER ID TO VIEW THE PICTURES. BOTH CARS HAVE CLEAN TITLES. This bid is for 1 running car and a full parts car (that could also be built into another running car). Will deliver both cars for expenses (gas/tolls/etc.) within 8hrs of Southern NH but will require deposit in advance. I would also consider shipping outside this area but would rather the buyer seected a shipping company. ANy shipping outside US will be the buyers responsabiity. Audi Coupe # 1 This car was built in 88/89 and is # 123 on the production line according to the VIN #. It has some unique interior pieces that I personally like better than the later cars! This car has not been driven since 2000. Back then I started rebuilding the car. I converted the hood and built a new motor. A friend ported/polished the intake and exhaust ports on the head. After putting it together with several new parts we were unable to get the car to start. I was just getting out of school at the time and was racing a 1984 Audi Coupe in SCCA... I didn't have the time or money to put into the car so it has sat since. I have taken some parts such as the alternator off the car for the other car. When moving the car this past summer we broke the driver's side window. I keep it covered but the interior will need a good clean for a restoration. As seen in the pictures the rear floor did have some water build up. The car is missing the front bumper. The rear shelf is hard to find that has not been damaged/cut. This car does come with a perfect condition shelf that has NOT been cut and is stored inside the house (a perfectly dry place). 40 Pictures (All pictures taken June 2011) are posted on PHOTOBUCKET: http://photobucket.com/Audicoupe1 Audi Coupe # 2 This car was built in 1991 so it has the updated crbonfiber driveshaft. It was a friend of our families and was driven for years until it was sold to my twin brother. He did a hood conversion, K&N air intake, and put euro lights in (They are old but look so much better than the original lights!). He also put a Jamex lowering suspension in the car that came out of our SCCA ITB Audi Coupe Race Cars... This makes it extremely low and VERY stiff. I personally love it for a "fun car" as it handles great but for a daily driver it is a bit much. The 16" TSW wheels also certainly improve the handling! 1 wheel is mising the center cap. The shocks are in need of replacement. The reason I stopped driving the car is because it would start first try one time and the next time it would leave me stranded. 2 hours later I can go back and it starts again on the first crank. I am 100% sure that someone that knows these cars can figure it out fairly quickly. I know the 10V motors inside and out (because of our race cars) but I don't know all the sensors that are added on these 20V motors. It is probably a crank sensor or something similar that I just don't have time to chase down. This summer after putting the cars up for sale I broke the ignition/key so it will need to be swapped out from the other car or replaced. I currently have the wiring harness unpluged so that I can make a connection without the key to drive it around the driveway. I would imagine that right now these cars are at the lowest prices in the market that they will ever be. I think at some point they will become one of those rare collector items that you simply can't find. I wish I had a storage area to put them and forget about them for about 10yrs then go back to it when I had more time...
