FULLY RESTORED & READY TO TOUR! I am the 3rd owner of this magnificent automobile; purchased in 1995. Previous owner repainted body in its original color, I have done the rest. Professional Restoration includes: COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILD; NEW CARBURETOR: COMPLETE ELECTRICAL REWIRING; STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST SYSTEM. Complete Interior Make-Over: ALL NEW CARPETING & PANELS; CUSTOM MADE CLOTH / LEATHER SEATS; NEW DASHBOARD; CHERRY STEERING WHEEL / SHIFTER KNOB; CD PLAYER W/4 SPEAKERS. BRAND NEW "MOSS" CANVAS TOP W/VINYL 1/2 TONNEAU COVER - SUPER SHARP! MANY MORE DETAILS - TOO MANY TO LIST! 10 YR. PROJECT - RELIABLE RIDE FOR THE LAST 7. This car has been a complete joy to own. There is always something to upgrade, so I have tried to invest in it's continued restoration every year. In 2011 I had the ALTERNATOR REPLACED. EVERYTHING IS IN WORKING ORDER. I have had QQ Plates on it ever since it turned classic, so NJ Inspection has not been an issue. It has stock dual radiator fans & runs cool - I have never had a problem with it over-heating. The AIR PUMP HAS BEEN REMOVED. There is NO RUST ON THE FRAME, CHASSIS OR FLOORS, but there are some MINOR bubbles starting to develop around the splash areas of the body. If the next owner is as serious about maintain the integrity of this car as I was, I would suggest that the small bit of rust be removed & that a new coat of paint is in order. I estimate the current paint job to be about 20 years old, but it still shines up nice. The engine is strong; transmission is smooth; the frame is in perfect condition; still sits nicely on it's suspension. To my knowledge, the car has never been in an accident - certainly not while it has been in my possession. I am moving to the North West this year & selling off many of my cherished treasures... if this weren't the case, I would never dream of parting with this car. It has always been garage kept & covered - Note the rug underneath car. The photograph with shrubs in the background was taken in the Spring of 2010; All the other photos were taken January 2012. The weather is unseasonably warm here in NJ, so I've been driving the car around finding spots to photograph it... purrs like a kitten! I can't tell you how many compliments I have received on this great car over the years... it's a real eye catcher & when the sun is shining & the top is down & the interior is exposed it is a true show stopper. It's simply a terrific ride as is: smooth, well handling, no squeaks, no shimmy. If the next owner invests a 1/4 of the money that I have in this MGB, it would be museum worthy. It's that nice. I'm looking for a fair price - reasonable... some of the prices I see on eBay for Bs are absurd. I will entertain any decent offer. Shipping is, of course, the ($) responsibility of the buyer. I have sold cars on eBay before & I am familiar with the process and will help out with delivering the car to a pick up location - as long as it is, again, within reason. If you are a local buyer... I can probably arrange a drop off to save the run-around of the title transfer/registration process. I'm open to suggestion.
