Solid, completely RUST FREE 1990 Land Rover Range Rover County Edition. This is a California rust-free and rot-free SWB that has lived in California all its life since 1990. It has optional side steps, HELLA 520 driving lights and Factory Tow package. Desirable factory Beluga black finish. Super strong 3.9L engine, runs very well. This is the last year before the revision in 1991 adding of the problematic ABS brakes. This one is the last of the "old-style" Rangies, without all the ABS and EAS nightmares. Original miles. It runs and drives WELL, smoothly as a Rover should always run. No knocks or engine rattles. It runs an normal operating temperature ( right at a 1/3 of the gauge), and maintains full oil pressure. A very strong running powertrain overall. The automatic transmission shifts well into all gears, without lag and with no slippage or hesitation. No axle noises. Wood veneer on dash and doors is in good condition. PERFECT dash. Optional factory chromed OEM aluminium wheels ( available with the as a Luxury package option) with good radial tires. NEW battery, alternator and recent water pump ( one had just tyaken a nail; it does have all four OE chromed alloys plus a full-size alloy spare wheel and tire). The body is very straight, with no rust, dents or accidents. Nice factory Beluga black color, still very shinny all around. Roofline is faded ( I have an estimate to have the roof redone for $350). It has the usual scratches of an old car, but it is priced accordingly and at a very modest opening bid. Interior is clean, with no rips or tears on the leather upholstery. RARE GRAY LEATHER UPHOLSTERY. Minimal wear on the front seat bottoms, and No splits, rips or cuts. Original factory all-metal sunroof. Factory Alarm system, CD changer, Power seats and nightime auto dimming rearview mirror. It would make a solid off-roader, ranch SUV or an all around camping Rangie.
