I am selling my 1953 Buick Special 8 , 2 Door Hardtop with 73K miles . I've had this car for a long time ... I bought it from the original family . This car had new paint and light restoration in the 80's. They used it a little , just for cruises and car shows . Since I have owned it I haven't done much with it . The car still has its original straight 8 motor and 3 speed on the column trans. Motor does run very strong and shifts great. . Last month I had new battery , brakes and fuel lines installed , as well as a tune up . . The car is driveable. It could use a clutch and tires. Other than that , it is a very solid car. The car would make a great Rat Rod or it is all there for a complete resto to stock .
