Here's a chance to own a very nice F-150 Flareside. These trucks are hard to find in this condition. It's a 1992 F-150 XLT Flareside with a 5.0 automatic, all power windows, locks, mirrors, two tone paint, etc. I've been driving this truck personally for a while and it has been a great truck. A walk around video including a test drive can be seen at http://youtu.be/nrQuxQGmm00 I will decribe the truck and what I've done to it Exterior It has all original paint except the tailgate which has been repainted. There are some faded areas on the paint and the tailgate was repainted. It has a few dents on the doors which are an easy fix. The windshield has some fogging around the edge but no cracks. The wheels look nice and the tires are about 6 months old. There is one small rust spot under the front edge of the hood but no other rust anywhere on the truck. The grill, headlights and chrome bed tubes are nice. From 5 ft. away the truck looks brand new. I would give the exterior an 8 out of 10 Interior The interior is in great condition for a 20 year old truck. I replaced the armrest pads with a lighter color but it looks nice. The carpet and door panels are nice. The drivers seat has a few seam separations but I have a piece of upholstery to use for repair or a custom seat cover would fix it. It has dark tinted windows, a new JVC cd player and speakers. The original leather steering wheel is worn so I put a cover over it. The dash pad has some sun fading but can be repainted. Overall I would rate the interior a 7 out of 10 Mechanical I replaced the plugs, cap, wires, fuel filter, radiator, A/C compressor, brake pads, rotors, bearings, serpentine belt, thermostat, master cylinder and replaced all fluids in the entire truck. The front end is tight, no shakes or shimmys. The truck needs nothing mechanically. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10 Overall Considering it's a 20 year old truck, I would say that it has aged very well and has been taken care of through the years. I would give it an overall rating of 8 out of 10 Here is exactly what is wrong with this truck: the cruise control works when it wants to the drivers seat and steering wheel have some wear the shift indicator needle needs to be adjusted the overdrive switch on the shifter doesn't work it will need a new tailpipe soon All of these problems are pretty minor. You can fly in and drive the truck home, I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to Seattle. Please look at all of the pics and if you have any questions, call me at 941-720-0300.
