One bada$$ mini truck. Body dropped and on air bags. The truck is a 1987 Dodge D50 but this was before Dodge was making small pickups and it was made by Mitsubishi and is powered by the same Mitsu engine found in the eclipse. THIS TRUCK HAS BEEN IN MY FAMILY FOR YEARS BUT WILL SELL TO THE TOP BIDDER AS THERE IS NO RESERVE! I'm buying a house and just need it gone. WAY too much custom stuff to list all of it so here's the highlights: - Custom fabricated backhalf chassis with polished STAINLESS 4 link - Viair compressor, slam specialties bags - 1/2" air lines and 8 valves make the truck jump clean off the ground. - Fiberglass custom dash with brand new VDO classic gauges - HID headlights, power sunroof, audi leather seats, suede and leather interior and a 7" touchscreen DVD in the dash. - 100% rebuilt engine, ported and polished, honed cylinders, new webber carb, MSD ignition, chrome alt, water pump, radiator, fuel pump, timing belt, - New OEM Caddy wheels and tires (95% tread remaining) ++++ALL RECEIPTS AVAILABLE (over $10k) to back up the new parts++++ - Full frame off resto (see the picture, you could eat off the chassis). Truck is currently primer grey. If I was to keep it it would have been painted black primer with red pinstriping (would look sick). YOU COULD EASILY PART IT OUT AND MAKE A KILLING (Wheels, air ride setup, engine, drivetrain, touchscreen DVD, power sunroof ect (though I cringe at the thought). I recomend all interested buyers contact me to setup a time to check it out first hand (24hrs notice min) as once you bid, you buy. $500 deposit due within 24 hrs of auction closing via Paypal or I simply go to the next highest bidder NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Remainder in CASH ONLY due within 7 days. I will garage the truck free of charge through February 10th at the buyers request or you may pick it up right away, your choice. Due to the ridiculous custom work this truck is sold as-is as-seen and is not intended for street use. All lights/turn signals work as they should however I would recomend trailering it home as it needs an alignment. I have always trailered it to shows (hence the low miles) since rebuild. On Jan-24-12 at 17:25:20 PST, seller added the following information: Based on the questions I'm receiving, let me clear a few things up. 1) Yes the truck runs and drives just fine. I start it about once every 6 months and drive around the block. (last start was June and it always fires right up) 2) I have been asked by a few if I thought it was up for a cross country drive? I wouldn't suggest it only because I really never put it through its on-road paces. Just trailered to show's and alot of bouncing/leaning/up and down and lot cruising once there. I suggest anyone looking to purchase from afar, get it shipped to be safe. I don't know how its road manners are...never gone over 40 in it lol. 3) THIS IS NOT YOUR SON'S FIRST TRUCK. BAD IDEA, I WON'T EVEN SELL IT TO YOU FOR THAT PURPOSE. A) He will smash it into a tree when dragging around a corner showing off and lose the rear end. B) He will stick Autozone portholes on the side and discrace the work. On a serious note, this is NOT a daily driver. Far to bouncy in my opinion. This is just a fun toy to show off, not the grocery getter. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am very honest and straight forward regarding its purpose.
