I am selling my 2007 White Chevy Suburban LTZ 4x4. 5.3L V-8 Flex Fuel motor. I recently was given a company vehicle and no longer need this one. I primarily used it to drive around the US racing motorcycles. All oil changes and maintenance were completed by my local dealer on schedule. It is very clean and very reliable! Here is a list of everything it has: air, tilt, cruise, adjustable brake and gas pedals, power everything, leather seats, 2nd row buckets, 3rd row split bench (removable), heated front and second row seats, remote electric button for 2nd row to flip forward and fold down automatically, dvd player with remote and 2 headphones, navigation with brand new updated DVD of US map, backup camera, sunroof, 4x4 switchable, auto leveling suspension with brand new compressor and brand new rear air shocks, towing package, automatic with towing option, xm radio, running boards, roof rack, 20" stock rims, onstar, tire pressure monitor system, outside temperature and digital compass on rear view mirror, factory remote start, 2 key fobs with memory for drivers, heated/power folding/turn signals included on side mirrors, tinted windows, cd/mp3 disc player in addition to dvd player allows you to play dvd's as well as listen to cd's at the same time, mini input on radio for ipods, etc, coastel tech GM lock pic to allow dvd video on main screen as well as navigation input while in motion, rear backup sensors, dual climate control for driver and passenger as well as seperate climate control for rear passengers, predator tuner for tuning purposes, flex fuel allows you to fill up with gasoline OR E85 (ethanol). When I bought it used I had 2 gaskets in the front replaced where there looked like a tiny oil leak for saftey purposes as I travelled a lot. I also replaced the rear auto leveling compressor as well as the 2 shocks when one of the stock shocks had a leak in it. I LOVE this thing but now have a company Yukon. All of the miles were highway due to travelling. Tires probably have 40% life left on them. No problems with her at all!!! The pictures look kind of blah because it is almost raining outside today. I will have it washed as well as the inside steam cleaned for the new owner before pick up. (non-smoking car). I am very meticulous with my vehicles. The ONLY thing wrong with it is the one picture where you can see the back pocket behind the drivers seat left corner pulled away slightly from the seams. Otherwise it needs nothing! I drove it in to work today and I noticed there was a little bit of dirt on the drivers floormat in the pictures as well as my gymbag in the back, but it will be spotless upon receiving it.
