This El Camino was in the Family of a North Dakota Farmer for over 40 years. He used it as a daily driver to work. He sold his farm and moved to town and no longer needed the commuter. I picked it up through a friend last summer with hopes of finding time for this as a winter project. Not going to happen. The car is a strong driver with the original 383 and three speed transmission with overdrive. The floor pan is shot and was riveted up by the farmer and continued to be driven. All chrome is present with no pieces missing. The interior is an A-. I drove it 175 miles from North Dakota to Mionnesota with no problem when I picked it up. I also used it to haul some equipment last week in sub zero weather. It has an engine black heater and after 30 minutes of being plugged in, was jumped and started right up and ran for the 100 mile trip with heat working well. All trim need to be polished and some of it straightened. Very little pitting. Emblems are all in tack, but are faded. The bed and tailgate is absolutely solid. Welcome any questions.
