Exterioir - I bought this car in 2003 and have restored it cosmetically and mechanically to a beautifully driving and looking automobile. The paint job was performed ($4,600) in 2005 in the origianl white color the car had as new. There is one very small bubble in the paint (1/16th of an inch) on the edge of the truck lid but, it has not changed shape in years since first noticed so it probably will not in the future. I cannot even show it in a picture. The rest of the exterior is beautiful with no scratches, wear or blemishes of any kind. I have always garage kept this car and only have driven it 6,000 miles since 2003. Interioir - The interior is just as good as the outside. There are no tears or cracks of any kind inside this car. The seats are MB Tex (vinyl) and will last forvever if taken care of properly. The blue dash has no cracks as many blue dash boards get from drying out over the years. I know this car was garage kept from at least 1989 until now. I will tell you how down below. The car only has floor mats in the front foot areas. I removed the old carpet and just never got around to replacing it. The floor mats are the only thing that is really needed and no bare areas can be seen with them in place. I had a new soft top installed in 2005. The car also has a matching hard top that is in perfect condition. Mechanical - The car has 82, 356 miles on it from new. The engine runs just fine and the transmission shifts as it should. The engine has a new water pump, warm up regulator, alternator, new cam shafts, lifters, rocker arms, valve cover gaskets, fuel injection system, timing chain, timing chain guides and tensioner. In short, the engine has been well taken care of by me. The car has all new brakes, brake rotors and calipers in the last 2k miles. The front springs and bushing have all been replaced. All fluids have been changed in the last 5000 miles. I do change the engine oil evry spring as I do not really drive this car. The car has Firestone tires with less than 5k on them. A/C is not working properly. Reconstructed Title - I bought this car at auction in 2003. It was a theft recovery vehicle and I actually talked with the guy that recovered it. He told me that this car was found in Philadelphia in a garage whrere it had been since 1989. The last inspection sticker on the car before I bought it was 1988. This car has not been wrecked or structually rebuilt in any way. I would not have bought it otherwise. This car is sold as is /where is with no expressed or implied warranties.
