1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Hard Top “A True Family Barn Find” When I picked this car up, I found the original copy of the first title from 1957. This car was purchased by the family in 1965 and they’ve had the car until 2011.They drove the car all through the 60's with the original drive train. In the 1970’s a 327 Auto was installed and the interior was updated. Then later in the 80’s, the family had the disc brakes installed and updated along with the addition of Keystone Klassic Rims. Soon after in the 90’s, the engine was updated with a new Carburetor, Intake, Headers and etc. The car was in a barn in Preston County, WV where the car remained on wood planks. All the wheels, tires, and hub caps were found and we dug them out. The original 265 V-8 and transmission was also found and comes with the car. The motor runs great! The transmission shifts smoothly and the car runs wonderfully. It has a great amount of patina all around the car as it is, and much of it is the original paint. The Interior is clean and has the original dash with no cuts. The original radio and speakers were also found and comes with the car.
