Vehicle Detail
2001 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT Laramine. Black Exterior, Tan Leather Interior. Extended Cab, 8ft Bed 4wd, 24 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel. 165k. Automatic Tranny Rebuilt in Middletown NY at 137k. Runs Excellent. Power Windows, Locks, Seats (Heated), Heated/Power Mirrors, Tow Package, Tires in Good Shape. Body is in FAIR CONDITION. Bed is Dented on both sides, and Scratched, has Green Tailgate. Cab is in good shape, and Interior is excellent excent a small tear on the driver seat.. The hood does have a small dent on the passenger side, but I will give the buyer another hood that I bought for this truck. New Door Hinges and latches. Engine Serviced two weeks ago, and Tappet Cover plate gasket replaced. New Shocks all the way around, and New Rear Leaf springs just installed. This is a Good Work Truck. New Cam sensor and Fuel Tank sending unit and fuel filter. Kelly Blue Book Value is $8,755 in the worst condition. I believe it is in GOOD Condition currently, so do not contact me and offer me $3500 or just ask me what the reserve is. There is not a flake of rust on the body or frame of this truck, just dents and scratches on the bed and rear bumpers. I am not looking for any trades. I bought this truck while having the engine replaced on my Ford, and Im going back to that truck, Im just not a Dodge man. . Also, Two automatic transmissions were offered this year, this truck has the heavier tranny of the two, Im not a Dodge nut, so I dont know the exact Model numbers. The only problem I ever had with this truck was having to keep the negative terminals clean on this truck because the check engine light would flash when it lost its ground on the battery cable. Other than That I drive this truck every week to and from work and my house in Upstate NY weekends. It is not a show truck but could be fixed up or just driven as is like I have. The truck has never let me down and been reliable.
