Vehicle Detail

Today I'm selling my 1972 Cutlass S with 442 option - according to vin research. The vin is 3F87H2G131315. The motor is a 403 from a 77 bandit - a really rare motor, it was rebuilt three years ago. It has a cam 650 holly carb with a performer 350 oldsmobile aluminum intake. Very strong motor. The passenger side header has a small exhaust leak - needs new gasket. The transmission is a 350 turbo trans, rear is 411 gears- geared for racing. It was ran one time last year at strip by amateur driver and it ran low 12's. As you can see in the photos, it needs new carpet. The driver side window handle needs a clip (as shown in photo - handle is on driver seat). It has a tach that is built into the dash where the clock used to be (shown in photo). All lights and gauges work properly. It has 3 green ghost lights on shifter, that is really cool. The undercarriage just has slight rust on muffler but otherwise floors are solid, no rust. New skins for both rear wheel wells are included - as can see in photo, the whole skin is not needed. The rear bumper has rust, also shown in photo. It does need bezel lights on front. We do have some chrome pieces here and there for the car but overall car is in good condition and is a fast car and not to be taken lightly when driving on the road. Will need new paint and the body work done, as shown in photos - or leave as a sleeper car. It has trumpet exhaust tips, original - not repro. Original interior. All seat belts are in it. Original GM floor mats and trunk oldsmobile mat. New battery. Oil change, plugs, wires done recently. It has the original all four 442 rims, as can see in photo, one of rims on back has a donut due to tire was dry rotted, which will need to be replaced - and other 3 tires have slight cracking and will need replaced as well. It has a pioneer stereo system that works but only has front speakers, need rear speakers. The glove box will need a new lock and inside box. It has the original jack, shown in photo/video. The bandit motor is very strong combined with tranny and the rear makes this a great street or strip car. Not recommended, but this car was known for eating up mustangs and the new camaros on the street. This is a project car and the only reason I am selling is because I have too many project cars and need the room but if doesn't sell for what I am asking, then I will keep the car...I will not accept less than the starting bid. This is to be picked up within 2 days from when the auction ends and cash paid when car is picked up - no paypal, checks, wires, etc. I have video's of the 1972 - 442 Cutlass...please check out both links.
