My 1964 Corvette is a numbers matching soft top only vehicle. It is a 327-300 horsepower 4 speed vehicle. The frame off restoration was completed 2 years ago. The following equipment was installed in the restoration: new seat covers, new carpet, new paint, new soft top, new ties and all new wiring. It does have the original radio and works perfectly. The engine was gone through completely except for the carburetor. I had intentions of replacing the carburetor but was later advised to keep it original. The carburetor needs rebuilt if you do not replace it – it idles high. The car has been driven very little as I did not have time because of work obligations. It has a 1967 big block hood and I do not have the small block hood that came on the car, I liked the look of the big block better.
