1981 CHERVORLET (Chevy) CAMARO Z 28 T-TOPS 85000 ORIGINAL MILES!!!!!! This is my 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Z 28 with automatic, 350 original engine, and with factory T-Tops. First off, she is up on the ramps so I can get better angle to take pictures for this listing. All the vacuum hoses are new yellow lines for just looks and are very duarable! If you want grey or black vacuum lines they are simple enough to change. Yes I know it is not a SS and I am not claiming it is as you see the floor mats pictured. I just love the floor mats so purist out there please don't freak out! LOL Its a cliche say to many new parts to list but I will give it a try! She is all factory original in her equipment down to the factory Cruise Control. The following has just been installed and changed for new: Radiator Thermostat Water Pump EGR Valve PCV Valve Radiator Cap Coolant Cap Windshield Washer Cap Breather Element Radiator Upper Hose Radiator Lower Hose Heater Core Heater Core Hoses Ported Vacuum Switch #1 Ported Vacuum Switch #2 Vacuum Control Advance Charcoal Canister Filter New Vacuum Hoses for Entire Vacuum System 3 New Drive Belts Alternator Battery Carb Rebuild Bosch Platinum Spark Plugs Spark Plug Cables Plug Wire Retainers Air Cleaner Filter Air Cleaner Gasket High Flow Fuel Pump Fuel Filter Fuel Lines / Hoses Trans Cooler Lines Battery Cables Temp Sending Unit Coolant Temp Sensor AC Coolant Lines New GM Decals Under hood As the engine was torn down and the compartment was sanded and repainted. The radiator core had a rust problem on the lower section that is common to the 3rd gens so it was repaired and replaced. The engine's newest parts listed above that require bolting have all new stainless steal fasteners as pictured. The engine compartment also has all new fasteners and for durability and looks. Everything listed above is documented by endless receipts within the past 4 months. The AC system was taken down and rebuilt with new hoses and fittings. It has been recharged and working as it should. The radio is aftermarket but that is the only change to her originality. I need to tone down on my projects. As you can see by my crowded driveway! I am going to do a frame off on another car so I need the room and I will not have time to finish doing this one. I was going to get a all new paint job and redo the interior even though it is not bad at all for original. There is a tear in the drivers seat and it will need repair. I pulled the other cover off the passangers seat to show its in great shape. I am a bit of a purist so I like cars aged and original. If I wanted a new car I would just buy one. I like them with as many of the original parts as possible. When it comes to under the hood I kept her the way she was designed but the components I listed in the engine area is more for durability than originality.
