This Jeep was bought from the original owner in 1999. At that time it had about 62k on it. I had it completely redone. All new paint and I had the tub removed and new joists were put in along with a new floor system. I then had it professionally rustproofed with Duraliner, inside and out. Check the photos and you'll see.The only un original mods I did was add a 3 inch lift kit to make room for the massive tires and wheels, and the high back bucket seats. The seats are covered with a waterproof fabric. Miles on it now are 68157. I live in a beach community so this was used only in the summer around town and the beach. There is no top so it had to be a sunny day. Hardtops and canvas tops are available on the web. This has the original Buick 263six cylinder engine with the original floor mounted three speed tranny. This has locking hubs with high and low range 4 wheel drive.The year of 1968 these Jeeps were made by Kaiser Aluminum. They made these from 1964 to 1969. One of the good ones!
