1965 Chevy El Camino. It has a 283 backed by a powerglide and 10 bolt rear. This car was in a garage in southern California since 2000 and hasn’t been driven anywhere since 1982. It is largely rust free with a small rust hole in the drivers side floor pan. Other than that its very clean and rust free. I haven’t washed or done any cleaning since it was removed from the garage. It even still has the bias ply tires from 1978 on it that still hold air and have decent tread. This car was originally a light blue metallic with a gold/tan colored interior. This car also has power steering and A/C. It has four wheel manual drums for brakes. I have not started it or even attempted it since its been sitting so long. It obviously will need the gas tank cleaned out and the lines cleaned and the carb rebuilt. It will also need the points and condenser replaced as well as the fluids. It also has no brakes and one wheel is frozen. I am selling this car for some ones estate. It will need work just to get it running. I was told it ran and drove fine prior to its long term storage. I recommend that you assume that the engine and trans don’t work. The paint is a poor quality and will need to be redone. This car is really neat since its coming from the original owners estate and being an original California car. It has just over 100k miles. I encourage an in person inspection or send a representative to inspect before bidding.
