1969 Chevelle Malibu 2dr Sport Coupe. Originally Garnet Red/ Black Vinyl Top/ Black interior. Needs floor pans and driver's side quarter panel. Missing passengers side inner fender. I do not have a title but I have paperwork from Oregon D.M.V. showing I am legal owner with application for reconstucted vehicle title. exterior panels, rockers, doorjambs are not rusty. small areas behind wheelwells need patch panels. Trunk is pretty solid. 10 bolt rearend. No engine or Trans. Rolling chassis. Dash is complete, seats are there and steering column. Headliner only has 1 small tear. wiring is intact and not all butched. Dash and rear package tray are uncut. Glass is good. And yes, I know it has '68 taillights, It is what it is: a good deal on a 1969 Chevelle with desireable color combo. There is a photo of the body tag included with my pictures. NOTE: This is a 1969 Malibu 2 Door Sport Coupe. Has been decoded. Numbers are correct. Has legitimate D.M.V. Paperwork. I even have a letter from D.M.V. Explaining that I can have a title for it if I show proof of where I purchased an engine and transmission for it. I'm not going to purchase an engine for it. Someone else is. I'm going to purchase an engine for my Corvette. That's why someone gets to buy this 1969 Malibu 2dr Sport Coupe, originally Garnet Red with Black Vinyl top and Black interior for alot less than you are going to find another one for.I only left the '68 taillights and grill on it because they come with the car. Really, nobody else ever had or saw an old car that had parts on it from a different year model, really? Its not a '68 If it were a '68, I'd list it as a '68 and ask exactly the same amount for it. Another Note: I am relisting this Chevelle because although I had assumed it was sold, apparently the person who placed the winning bid on the last auction has a serious lack of integrity. Didn't come look at the car and decide it wasn't what he wanted, just decided he didn't want to follow through on his end and played me along while he tried to sort out a loan on his retirement or something. Maybe the retirement loan didn't pan-out because he's like twelve-years-old or something, I dunn'o, but seriously, this is an awesome deal on a hard to get car, just make sure its okay with Mommy before you go bidding on it. I will store this vehicle on my property for up to 90 days while buyer makes shipping arrangements. On Dec-20-11 at 00:04:28 PST, seller added the following information: PLEASE!! NO MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MODEL YEAR!! IF ALL OF YOU CHEVY GENIUSES OUT THERE CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I HAVE A 69 WITH 68 TAILLIGHT EXTENSIONS ON IT. ASK AROUND, THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE THAT THERE IS SOMEONE IN YOUR WORLD WHO IS MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN YOU ABOUT CHEVELLES. LOOK AT THE DAMNED DASHBOARD! REALLY? YOU THINK I WENT THROUGH ALL THE TROUBLE TO CHANGE THE DASH OUT AND I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY LEFT TO CHANGE OUT THE TAILLIGHT HOUSINGS, WHAT'S THAT, LIKE EIGHT BOLTS?
