I am a single mom and I have had my car for a year. It had not been driven for about 8-9months due to license issues on my part. This past June I put my car back on the road, did minor repairs EX: certain hoses, thermostat, And I had a problem with it not starting right away. Brought a fuel pump and now can not find someone 2 put it on for me. Just recently as it sat in the back of my residence someone broke into the car and tried to steal it. They totally ruined the steering wheel column and my key won't work or turn. Now I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I went and brought the parts but no one to come fix it. Just put on a new steering wheel column. If u r interested feel free to reply. It is a1991 Honda Accord Runs Great When Working. I think it might need a Fuel Pump (Which I Have).
