I bought this in December 2008 with 93000 miles. The original owner had bought it new in Las Vegas and had it serviced regularly. I couldn't verify for sure that the timing belt and water pump had been changed so I went ahead and had the local VW dealer do that after driving back to TX at 96000 miles. It now has 134,000 miles on it - always with OEM VW Spec or Amsoil VW Spec synthetic oil.The A/C is cold. These turbo diesels run for hundreds of thousands of miles (google "tdiclub") EXTRAS: The car has BBS wheels (you can price these at tirerack)and Michelin Pilot Sports - the front tires are due for replacement - the rear have lots of life left. The red Brembo brakes, bike rack and aftermarket taillights and side markers - these extras alone were over $5000. (You can price these at abd racing.) It has a moonroof and in dash 6 CD changer and ABD Racingwerks brushed stainless B-pillar trim. I put an iPod interface in the glovebox. It has heated seats (VW Tex in amazing condition) but doesn't have Climatronic. The car is in excellent condition for the year and mileage. As with any car that is 6 years old there are a few rock chips and small scratches. The wheels are in nice shape but a little curb rash that can be repaired if desired. It does not have the owners manual - one year ago someone broke the drivers window and stole everything that was in the glovebox, including the manuals and iPod interface. I have replaced the iPod interface. The headlights have been cleaned up since I took the pictures.
