Here we have a 1963 Mercury Meteor S-33 two door hard top. I bought this car some time ago with the intentions of making it into a gasser. I have since bought a 71 Maverick to do instead. This car came from Indiana. It is a fairly rust free car except for two small places underneath, on the floorboard, see pictures on the driver's side, the other is above the third member of the rear end. I was told this was a 302 roller motor, I did have it running, and removed the manifold and carburetor for another project. Rear end has also been mounted under the springs, but perches have not been welded on so could be returned back to stock easily. The chrome and door handles are inside the car and trunk including good gas tank and straps. Other rust on this car can be seen in the pictures of the rear panels behind rear tires. This was a power steering, automatic car originally. The US made Meteors are somewhat rare, especially the S-33. This car uses the many of the same parts as the Fairlane sized car.
