SOMETIMES THE TRUTH HURTS. WELL THIS TIME IT WILL SERVE YOU AND ME! I AM SELLING THIS WORKHORSE FOR MY FRIEND GARY FAULKENBERRY! HE HAS A SMALL CAR LOT HERE IN LEXINGTON OKLAHOMA. I LISTED THIS ON CRAIGSLIST AND HAD SEVERAL CALLS FROM OUT OF STATE SO I FIGURED TRUCKS LIKE THIS ARE WORTH DRIVING FOR SO HERE IT IS AND WITH NO RESERVE SO BE ON TOP TO OWN IT. THE TRUCK IS A 93 F350 ITS A GREAT DAILY DRIVER. THE DIESEL RUNS AS IT SHOULD WITH PLENTY OF POWER AND THE TRANS SHIFTS GOOD. THE TRUCK APPEARS JUST AS IT DID THE DAY IT WAS TRADED IN. THE GENTLEMAN THAT OWNED IT DROVE IT FOR BOUT 7 YEARS. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO TAKE OFF IN THE TRUCK AND GO ANYWHERE. THE TIRES ARE DECENT, BETTER THEN 50% TREAD LEFT. THE TRUCK WILL NEED AN UPPER BEARING IN THE STEERING COLUMN. THET COLUMN MOVES UP AND DOWN SEVERAL INCHES BUT IT DOESNT AFFECT THE WAY THE TRUCK DRIVES. IT MAY NEED A PRESSURE PLATE BECAUSE THE CLUTCH IS HARDER TO PUSH IN THEN NORMAL BUT THE CLUTCH WORKS FINE AND DOESNT SLIP. ALL IN ALL A GREAT WORK TRUCK AND GARY SAYS THE TRUCK IS WORTH MORE IN PIECES THEN AS A WHOLE BUT I TOLD HIM SOMEONE WOULD WANT IT COMPLETE SO WERE GIVING IT A WEEK HERE ON EBAY SO BID NOW SO YOU DONT FORGET. OR you can rent a car and drive the rental car here and drive the truck home!On Dec-10-11 at 17:39:29 PST, seller added the following information: Attention buyer: I went and drove the truck today becasue I have had several questions about it. First thing I noticed was the truck REALLY needs to be cleaned up, she is a dirty girl. The truck is a conversion truck which means it had an aftermarket company do their additions on the truck to make it nicer and fancier then other trucks that dont have the conversion! The clutch is about twice as hard to push in then it should be and it releases just as soon as you let up on the clutch so it does have an issue with either the pressure plate or hydraulic slave cylinder. The truck does go straight down the road. It does have a little side to side steering slack when driving, usually a worn pitman arm is to blame. (bout 50.00). I did notice some noise from the transmission but with its age and mileage its to be expected it was not a bad noise just noise. There is a vibration about 65-70 mph but seems to go away when you go faster. I did take the truck to the yellow line (on the tachometer) in every gear and it does pull good till it hits the rev limiter. The mileage is not 189525, its up around 198525 I accidentally transposed the 8 and 9. On Dec-16-11 at 02:21:31 PST, seller added the following information: Hello buyer: In case you want the clutch and slave cylinder fixed before you come get it, I know of two good shops here close that could fix it. I would get some estimates for you and take the truck to them for repairs. Thats an option if you want. Danny.
