As of January 01, 2011 the buyer is responsible for a $156.08 Documentary Service Fee. The list of states and their corresponding rates may change in the future as dictated by the State of Illinois. Also if you reside outside of Illinois there is a $10.00 charge to the buyer for a temporary license plate(good for 30 days).
