Up for auction AT NO RESERVE is this 1973 Chevrolet Nova. This is a nicely restored, turn key driver quality car. It offers a newly rebuilt and built 350 V8 engine with a 350 automatic transmission with a console and floor shifter. The engine has a mild cam, an Offenhauser high rise intake, a Holley 650 carb, HEI ignition and headers with dual exhaust. The engine sounds great and the car really gets up and goes when you need it to and is a great cruiser when you just want to enjoy the drive. A front disc brake conversion has been done with new rotors, calipers and pads on the front and pads and wheel cylinders in the back. Also has new master cylinder. Suspension is also good. Tires are like new with 235 R15's in the front and 275 R15's in the back. They sit on chrome American Racing rims. Body wise, the car is a Tennessee car (with a Tennessee title) so it is not an upper Midwest or East Coast bondo bucket. Only body work needed of consequence were 4 new floor pans front and rear. Body overall is pretty darn straight. Paint (Hugger Orange) is new with lots of paint and lots of clear. It is not a 4K paint job but it is respectable. The car was prepped right. All old paint was removed and the car was taken down to bare metal. Has been wet sanded and buffed and with the amount of paint and clear, one can always do more wet sanding and buffing to make the shine even more impressive. The interior is nice with new carpet and late 70's Camaro buckets. Please note the seats have been dyed BLACK even though they appear gray in the pics. In person, they do NOT look like the pics, but rather black. Dash pad, headliner, door panels, etc. also are all respectable. Has an aftermarket stereo. All lights, signals, etc. function properly. New door handles and door whiskers. All other chrome original. In short, this car is not perfect, not a 100 point, high dollar Pebble Beach D' Elegance trailer queen but rather a fun, driver quality car. Feel free to call/text 219-613-6682 with any questions.
