Guess who's back, back again, tell a friend... Attention: Investors, Collectors and Camaro Enthusiasts! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AND ONLY PLACE I'VE LISTED THIS CAR FOR SALE As my website indicates I’ve owned many beautiful correct and custom classic cars. However, I’ve never owned a classic car that is this factory correct! I’m proud to present an absolutely magnificent 1969 Camaro SS 350 4-speed (L48). This car has been professionally appraised. The numbers of all the parts have been researched and verified by a professional. This car has gone through a VERY EXTENSIVE ROTISSERIE RESTORATION as the photos listed below indicate. The (L48) 69 Camaros are tough to find especially a car like this! It retains all its original sheet metal. It still has the rivet spots under the rear quarters wheel lips from the factory and other factory spots that verify its originality. This car is completely matching numbers other than a color change. As the original trim tag indicates it was Fathom Green with black interior. Now it’s painted in Cortez Silver with black interior. Other than that everything else is original to the car. Some of the original features include: the entire engine, Muncie 4-speed transmission and rear end. The differential, starter, water pump, crank pulley, thermostat housing, flywheel, intake manifold, brake booster, fuel pump and alternator are date code correct. To find a 1969 Camaro with completely original sheet metal and all these matching numbers is very difficult. Pictures of all these parts with the factory correct numbers are listed below. Send your inspector to look at this one. It’s the real deal. The only thing that has been modified is new Torque Thrust wheels, custom exhaust system and floor mats. All of these items can be put back to factory with no problem. I do have a brand new set of original style floor mats that are included with the car. This is one really sweet 69 Camaro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***PLEASE NOTE THIS CAR HAS BEEN APPRAISED AND DECODED BY A PROFESSIONAL. A BREAKDOWN OF EVERY PART IS LISTED BELOW*** ***THE ONLY THING THAT’S NOT FACTORY CORRECT ARE THE TORQUE THRUST WHEELS, EXHAUST SYSTEM AND FLOOR MATS. THESE ITEMS WERE ADDED TO GIVE THE CAR A BETTER LOOK AND SOUND. THEY CAN BE EASILY REMOVED IF THE NEW BUYER DESIRES. THE GENTLEMAN I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM HAS DATE CODED RIMS THAT HAVE BEEN RESTORED WITH NEW TIRES IF INTERESTED.*** Keywords that describe this 1969 Camaro SS 350 4-speed (L48): 1. The 1969 Camaro is definitely one of the most recognized muscle cars of all time. Over of all the years I've been collecting classic cars I've noticed 69 Camaros always draw a crowd and fetch strong money especially when they’re detailed with matching numbers. They’re a blast to own and make great investments. The 69 Camaro you’re about to witness is very special. 2. This 69 Camaro has had a very extensive rotisserie restoration by a professional body shop. The photos of the entire restoration are listed below and document the hundreds of hours that were invested in this car. The photos also document the time and attention to detail that was devoted to this amazing car. This wasn't just any 69 Camaro so it needed to be done by someone who was going to restore it to show quality condition. 3. The build date on this car was (03D) which was the 4th week of March in 1969. It's an X-55 code - SS350 car with Muncie 4-speed. These cars are very hard to find. Matter of fact, there’s more 69 Camaro Z 28's on the market than there are SS 350 4-speed cars! This is a very special car for many reasons. It RETAINS ALL IT'S ORIGINAL SHEET METAL. It has the original factory weld marks on the floors and under the rear quarter wheel lips, etc. It also has factory stamped numbers on the sheet metal as well. The pictures listed below will document all of this. The body lines are very straight and the gaps couldn't be more factory correct because it's the way it was when it left the factory. The doors, hood and trunk lid open and close effortlessly. As the original trim tag indicates it left the factory with the (57 57) paint color code which was Fathom Green. It had (711) interior code which was black standard. After much thought the builder decided to paint the car 1969 Cortez Silver with the black front stripe. He figured this color was much more desirable and would help sell the car when he listed it for sale. The factory correct black standard interior remained the same and compliments the exterior perfectly. Everything on the exterior such as the chrome, window trim, lenses, etc is brand new. The side glass appears to be original and in very nice condition. The windows rolls up and down very smoothly as alot of these older cars don’t. The front windshield has been replaced and I replaced the rear windshield because I thought it had too many small scratches for this level of restoration. The exterior paint is absolutely beautiful and show quality. THIS CAR ONLY HAS A FEW HUNDRED MILES SINCE ITS RECENT RESTORATION. 4. The interior is all new and in excellent condition. All the gauges work as they should. It has a feature that makes you put the car in reverse before you can take the key out for safety. The original style floor mats pictured below are included with the sale of the car. I added the more modern floor mats to give the interior a better look. The trunk compartment is also very detailed. If you bring this 69 Camaro to a car show, expect to bring home a trophy! 5. The engine compartment is very detailed and in show quality condition. This car has the original matching numbers 350 engine that produced 300 horsepower. It is coupled with the original matching numbers Muncie 4-speed transmission and rear end. ALL OF THE ENGINE NUMBERS, TRANSMISSION NUMBERS AND REAR END NUMBERS ARE LISTED BELOW. The engine has been completely rebuilt and runs beautifully. I've driven the car about 50 miles since I've owned it. I've been breaking it in properly. It's drives straight, runs great, shifts great and brakes great. It also has a nice tone out the custom exhaust system. Everything in the engine compartment is new as the photos listed below indicate. 6. The undercarriage is show quality and really puts the icing on the cake. Everything has been restored and the attention to detail is excellent as the photos listed below indicate. 7. As I mentioned above 17" Torque Thrust wheels and tires were added to give the car a more modern look. These wheels and tires were about $2000 installed. They do look absolutely perfect on the car! With the factory correct suspension and over sized wheels sometimes when you go over a bump in the road they rub a little. It isn't a big deal but wanted to make note of that for the next buyer. 8. A custom exhaust system has been added as well which was about $1700 installed. This was added to get a healthier sound out of the exhaust system. This car has everything going for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1969 Camaro SS Coupe Numbers Decoded by a Professional Pictures of everything listed below VIN: 124379N620739 Trim Tag Info: Build Date: 03D - 4th week of March 1969 X-55 Code - SS350 Car 57 57 Color Code - Fathom Green 711 Interior Code- Black Standard Trim Tag is original Correct VIN number is located behind the heater box and under the cowl. You might recognize my name or website from other magnificent classic cars I've listed for sale nationally. I've been playing with classic cars as a hobby for over ten years now. I didn't expect things would grow into what they have so late last year I became an official Limited Liability Company. My official business name is MS CLASSIC CARS, LLC. Most of the cars I sell now are through Barrett Jackson. There's four Barrett Jackson actions a year so I keep very busy consigning anywhere from one to eight cars per auction. I've been very fortunate to have sold some cars in the top 25 highest sales priced vehicles. Over the years I've also featured classic cars at the Carlisle Expo and Atlantic City Auto Auctions. I've also had classic cars featured in many magazines and on multiple websites. I specialize in extremely detailed classic cars. I buy cars that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and also coordinate complete restorations from start to finish. Sometimes I get lucky and get a car that I do nothing to it. I strongly feel that my cars have the "POP" factor. I love what I do and I'm extremely passionate about it! I have a VIP EMAIL BLAST list that gets sent via email to thousands of people anytime I get a new addition. If you'd like to be added to that list please visit my contact page on my website. The power of networking is amazing! The Market: As I've mentioned above I've been playing with classic cars for over ten years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds it's own. I've sold classic cars in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially classic cars! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated," Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions. At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "They had a registered bidder from every state in the USA." I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. This kind of changes the supply and demand theory. Unique cars that have been customized are on the rise. My 1957 Ford Fairlane I consigned to Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 would be a perfect example of that. Conclusion: : As I mentioned above I've owned alot of beautiful classic cars that have been factory correct. This car is one of the nicest! In today’s market alot of people are building cars that aren't real. They purchase fake trim tags and stamp engine blocks, etc. This car is the real deal and I feel like I've done the correct steps to make sure the new buyer feels confident it's a real car. There's many 1969 Camaro's on the market but try and find a car like this one. As I stated above there's more 1969 Camaro Z28's on the market than SS 350 (L48)'s. This is your opportunity to own a very original classic muscle car that will always be valuable among collectors. You can't go wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
