Up for auction we have a nice 1997 BMW F650 that is very clean and in good running condition. We are a BMW motorsports dealership and we acquired this motorcycle recently from a client of ours. Our BMW authorized service department has recently done a carb clean and overhall, while also diagnosing everything else this motorcycle needs. This BMW start and runs just fine, but it does need some minor work done to get it up to 100%. This F650 needs a kickstand or sidestand switch, which is causing the neutral light to only come on intermitently when not in gear. The motorcycle also needs a new front brake light switch, the tachometer is not working, and the left heated grip is not working also. None of this effects the ride, as this BMW starts, runs, and shifts through all the gears just fine. This F650 is cosmetically, very clean and in great condition. Doing a close visual inspection of this BMW does not find many flaws at all. There are a few scratches, with the only major or noticeable marks being on the front fender & on the rear trunk box (see images). Otherwise, this BMW F650 is in overall very good condition.
