GVWR RATING 4.6L V8 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FULLY LOADED We at Campbell Brothers Auto Sales Inc. are offering for sale this 2008 FORD E150 ECONOLINE CARGO VAN with a 4.6L V8 and AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. This ECONOLINE E150 was a Ford Motor Company Lease Return and IT IS IN NEED OF TRANSMISSION REPAIR. This van starts and runs fine. However it is stiff to shift into drive or reverse and it WILL NOT pull itself. Once when it was cold we started the van, put it in gear and it pulled itself in forward and reverse but stopped after moving it a short distance. We have not had the transmision professioanlly diagnosed and have no idea what is wrong with it. This vehicle is overall a good looking van and appears to have been well cared for. The body is in good condition with the exception of about a 4-6 inch dent on the left rear side and about a 3-4 inch dent in front of the right rear wheel ( all seen in pictires and very easily push out ). The passenger and cargo area are clean and do not appear to have been used for heavy hauling. The FORD ECONOLINE E150 is one of the most popular cargo vans on the road today. It has the two dents listed above but both could be very easily pushed out with paintless dent removal. It is a work vehicle so there maybe some other small dings and scratches but overall this van looks good. INTERIOR: Needs a light cleaning but overall is in good condition. The cargo area is clean and appears to have light use. All electrical options work as they should. Overall good. DRIVETRAIN: Starts and runs smooth. THE TRANSMISSION NEEDS REPAIR AND THE VAN WILL NOT PULL ITSELF. Tires are about 80-90% tread. Because of the transmission issue this vehicle will need to be towed. We can assist with loading the vehicle. SHIPPING and PAYMENT: $500 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
